Candidate prescreening

Company hiring managers are complaining that they spend too much time on screening candidates by having to read dozens of CVs and going through screening interviews.  By offering this prescreening free service we will optimize your time spent on candidate prospecting and shorten the hiring process.  During the prescreening phase, we analyse the business and technical needs in depth, choose the available candidates for interviews either face to face or via teleconference.  Their technical and soft skills will be assessed.  The resulting assessment reports will be sent to the company  hiring manager together with the candidates’ CVs for further selection.

After the hiring

Once the candidate is hired, Our work on this candidate is not finished yet because we are seeking a long term and trustable business relationship with the employers. To achieve this, we will periodically assess the new hire's  performance with the employer.  We will carefully listen to employer's suggestion of points to improve and help our professional to contribute their maximum. The criterion of measuring our achievements is whether the win-win situation for both employer and the professional has been created.  If the deal is one way win, we will take action or stop the deal.

Our database

We keep good records for our professionals. This includes not only the CVs, but also our understanding to each professional's  career development plan and personal interests acquired during the intake meeting. We will also take notes of each professional’s strengths and points to be improved.  This is to help us make the best judgment during connecting a professional to the most suitable employer.
